THAT COUNCIL

1.       Notes the Council Member activities and functions attended on behalf of the Lord Mayor as contained in Attachment A to Item 16.1 on the Agenda for the meeting of the Council held on 27 October 2026.

2.       Notes the summary of meeting attendance by Council Members as contained in Attachment B to Item 19.1 on the Agenda for the meeting of the Council held on 27 October 2026.

3.       Notes that reports from Council Members tabled at the meeting of the Council held on 27 October 2026 will be included in the Minutes of the meeting.
