Keswick Creeks Stormwater Board has been undertaken in accordance
with the requirements of Clause 19(4) of Schedule 2 of the Local
Government Act 1999. The amended Charter was endorsed by the OEC on
25 March 2026, following endorsement by the Board on 10 March 2026.
It is provided herewith for consideration and approval by
Council.
